We are looking for a local person with great people skills and a passion for real estate to join our sales team at Millership & Co Real Estate.

You will be working in a supportive environment alongside our sales manager who will offer training and guidance in the role.

No sales experience is required. If you have experience we will shape the role to suit.

The position

  • Handle buyer & seller enquiry

  • Conduct open houses and buyer inspections

  • Nurture past clients via phone/email/SMS

  • Prospecting for new listing opportunities

Requirements

  • Hold a Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate. 

  • Holds a current driver’s licence and have a reliable car

  • Be prepared to learn on the job

  • Be hardworking, enthusiastic and have an outgoing personality

  • Possess good written and verbal skills

  • Have a focus on customer service

  • Good time-management and computer skills

A base salary between $50,000 - $70,000 (+ Bonus Commissions) will be negotiated based on experience and hours.
