About the RoleAs a Technical Support & Order Processing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring customers receive exceptional support and service throughout their journey.
You will be responsible for providing technical assistance, processing orders, coordinating deliveries and installations, supporting warehouse operations, and assisting customers both remotely and onsite when required.
This role offers significant variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to work across multiple areas of the business.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide phone and email technical support to customers.
Troubleshoot equipment, hardware, software, and operational issues.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate freight, dispatch, deliveries, and installation schedules.
Maintain customer and operational information within internal systems.
Support inventory management and stock control activities.
Assist with equipment preparation, testing, packing, and dispatch.
Attend customer sites for installations, servicing, and technical support when required.
Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional and confident phone manner.

Experience in technical support, service coordination, IT, electronics, telecommunications, AV, events, or a related industry.

Warehouse, logistics, or dispatch experience.
Experience attending onsite installations or service calls.
Current Australian Driver Licence.
