The Job

As the Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding and supporting franchise offices, delivering structured training and implementing streamlined operational systems.
You will:

  • Train and guide administrative and management staff on internal systems, tools and operational best practices
  • Support the setup and induction of new offices, ensuring productivity from day one
  • Develop and implement office policies, procedures and efficiency improvements
  • Assist with the rollout of new products and services across the network
  • Create and refine administrative systems to drive consistency and effectiveness
  • Contribute to the development of a network-wide policy and procedures manual
This role blends one-on-one coaching with group training and requires someone confident, structured and solutions-focused.

The Person

  • Proven experience in real estate sales administration
  • Strong understanding of residential real estate office operations
  • Current Real Estate certification
  • Impeccable phone manner and professional presentation
  • Tech-savvy with CRM experience
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Confident communicator who can train, mentor and influence
  • Reliable car and driver’s licence required
