As a team member, you will be at the heart of our administrative operations ensuring seamless coordination and support within our private Accident & Emergency department. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, liaising with staff, customers and the general public.

This is an exciting and pivotal role where your team and customer services skills will be highly valued.  

Your Key Skills and Experience

• Due to the 24/7 operational nature of the Emergency Department, employees must demonstrate flexibility in their availability and work arrangements.
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work independently and maintain high standards of quality in all tasks.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills with a strong focus on delivery outstanding customer care.
• High-level time management and organisational skills for seamless workflow.
• Possess knowledge of medical terminology, a valuable asset for this role
• Bring a professional and personable disposition, creating positive interactions.
• Display a willingness to learn and the ability to grasp concepts effortlessly.

Advantageous skills:

• Familiarity with Meditech software provides an edge
• Experience with Medical Director/Blue chip and Tyro is desirable 
• Previous experience in a hospital/medical environment.
