Ray White The Bayside Group is seeking a motivated and highly organised Office Administration / Campaign Management professional to join our growing Bayside team.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role that combines property marketing and campaign coordination with office operations and front-of-house support. You’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless, professional experience for both clients and agents, while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing property marketing campaigns, digital content and branding in line with Ray White standards

• Coordinating photography, videography, advertising schedules and marketing collateral

• Liaising with agents, suppliers, designers and external partners

• Preparing marketing material, presentations, proposals and internal communications

• Overseeing general office administration, systems, onboarding and workflow processes

• Managing front desk reception and delivering a warm, professional client experience

• Supporting the sales team through campaigns and operational assistance

About You

We are looking for someone who brings:

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• High attention to detail and pride in presentation and branding

• Confidence supporting senior team members and working autonomously

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Experience in marketing, office administration, operations or campaign coordination
  (Real estate experience is preferred but not essential)

• A proactive, self-driven approach with a passion for service, branding and operational excellence
