About IsAlbi
IsAlbi is a leading Australian wholesaler specialising in homewares, kitchenware, gifting and lifestyle products to the market. We are committed to sourcing and producing sophisticated, innovative products that marry style and practicality. Operating at the forefront of interior design, we successfully keep pace with the latest international trends while meeting the needs of our wholesale customers across Australia and New Zealand.

The Role
We are seeking a Sales Analyst to join our Sales team in our Melbourne office (located in Preston). In this role, you will be responsible for extracting, analysing, and presenting key sales performance data to directly inform commercial strategy, operational decision-making, and the calculation of sales representative commissions and incentives. You will have the opportunity to build your analytical capabilities in a fast-paced wholesale environment, working closely with the Director of Sales and broader commercial team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Extract, compile, and maintain sales performance data from Microsoft Dynamics AX on a weekly and monthly cycle
  • Prepare accurate, clearly structured performance reports for review by the Director of Sales
  • Track and report on KPIs across commercial and key account channels, including revenue versus target, order frequency, and account activity
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance across B2B and D2C channels, identifying trends, variances, and anomalies
  • Support commercial planning cycles by coordinating agenda, maintaining a central hub for priorities, and setting KPIs in conjunction with stakeholders
  • Build and maintain reporting templates and performance trackers in Microsoft Excel
  • Ensure data integrity within Microsoft AX, escalating discrepancies to the Director of Sales as required
  • Handle performance and remuneration-linked data with discretion and confidentiality
  • Support the Director of Sales with ad hoc commercial analysis and data requests
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
  • 1–2 years’ experience in a commercial, sales operations, or data analyst role; strong graduates with relevant placement experience will be considered
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel — non-negotiable; must be proficient in data manipulation, pivot tables, and formula-based reporting
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or equivalent ERP system (SAP, NetSuite, MYOB) for transactional data extraction
  • Experience with Power BI or equivalent data visualisation tool is advantageous
  • Proficiency across Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Strong attention to detail with an understanding of the downstream impact of reporting errors on commission and incentive calculations
  • Clear analytical and communication skills — ability to present findings in a structured, self-explanatory format
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities with confidence to engage across all levels of the organisation
  • Self-directed and comfortable managing recurring deadlines with limited day-to-day oversight
  • Exposure to the kitchen, gifting, homeware, or consumer goods sector is desirable but not essential
Why You’ll Love It Here
  • Leading homewares, kitchenware & gifting brands
  • Collaborative & creative team environment
  • Career development & growth opportunities
  • Flexible hybrid working arrangements
  • 80% off on-site store merchandise
  • 10% off showroom products
To apply, please submit your resume, cover letter and academic transcript outlining your experience and suitability for this role.
