About the Role
Vertitech Australia is a construction firm looking for an experienced Bookkeeper/administration person (experience within the construction industry would be an advantage) to join their friendly team on a permanent part-time basis (approx. 24 hours per week).
Please note: This is a fully office-based role and sponsorship is not available.
What You'll Be Doing
Bank and credit card reconciliations across multiple entities
Accounts payable and receivable including invoicing
Weekly end to end Payroll including processing and administration
General ledger maintenance and clean-up
Preparing and lodging Quarterly BAS and monthly tax and compliance
Month-end processing and reporting support
Familiar with MYOB and Account Right
General Office Administration

You Must Have ✅
Minimum 2 years' experience (preference 5 years) in Bookkeeping/administration
Strong end-to-end bookkeeping experience across multiple entities
Intermediate proficiency in MYOB and Account Right
High attention to detail, professionalism and confidentiality
· Australian work rights — this is a firm requirement for this position
