This is a full-time, entry-level position offering a premier opportunity to learn the real estate industry from the ground up. Working alongside and being mentored by elite agents, you will receive comprehensive on-the-job training and professional development to transition into a successful Sales Consultant. This role is absolutely ideal for school leavers or individuals looking to pivot into a rewarding sales career.
Key ResponsibilitiesProactively Build Pipelines: Engage in database prospecting, cold calling, door knocking, and letterbox drops to uncover new market opportunities.
Client Relationship Management: Actively connect and build lasting relationships with existing and prospective vendors (sellers) and buyers.
Property Listings & Appraisals: Book and assist senior agents with home appraisals and prepare properties to be listed for sale.
Inspection Support: Assist with organizing and running open homes and private inspections, greeting buyers and capturing feedback.
Lead Tracking: Efficiently manage and update the team's lead pipeline.
You don’t need prior real estate experience—we hire for attitude and train for skill! To be successful, you must have:
A reliable car and valid Australian Driver’s License (essential for daily travel).
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a confident, professional phone manner.
A resilient, high-energy attitude and a genuine hunger to succeed in sales.
Full flexibility to work on weekends (Saturdays are prime time in real estate).
A neat, professional corporate presentation.
