About the Role: As the Office Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Melbourne office. You will be the linchpin that keeps our administrative procedures on track, enabling our team to deliver outstanding community services. This role is crucial in maintaining our high standards and supporting our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily office operations and ensure processes run smoothly.
2. Manage correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and postal mail.
3. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
4. Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
5. Organise and manage filing systems for essential documents and records.
6. Plan and execute company events and community outreach initiatives.
7. Handle office budget monitoring and manage petty cash.
8. Liaise with vendors, service providers, and landlords
9. Supervise and support administrative staff, providing guidance and leadership.
10. Prepare reports, presentations, and manage internal databases.
