Our client is a family-owned business who have been operating for over 33 years and is one of Melbourne's leading taxi Truck and 3PL management providers. With multiple sites across Melbourne, they cater for a diverse range of clients from Food Manufactures to FMCG and Packaging Clients.
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Support / Tele sales professional to join their growing and dynamic team based in Heatherton.
This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting, lead generation and appointment setting.
The primary purpose of this role is to identify potential customers, establish contact with key decision-makers and secure qualified meetings and site visits for Account Managers and Senior Management.
The role will utilise databases such as, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, marketing campaigns, customer referrals and independent prospecting activities to generate opportunities across local transport, taxi trucks, interstate freight, warehousing and logistics services.
This position plays a critical role in supporting the company's growth strategy by ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.

To be considered for this role, you will possess the following skills, experience, and attributes
· Previous experience in tele sales, lead generation, appointment setting, business development or sales support.
· Experience within transport, logistics, warehousing or related industries preferred but not essential.
· Demonstrated ability to generate qualified appointments and opportunities
· Experience using CRM and prospecting tools preferred
· Strong customer service and communication background
