WHAT’S ON OFFER?
  
This is a rare opportunity to join a highly established and well-run business in a senior and trusted Office Manager position.
  
Working closely with the Directors, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operation of the business, with responsibility across administration, staff coordination, operational support and executive assistance.
  
The position offers genuine variety and the opportunity to become involved in a broad range of business activities. In addition to supporting the core business, the successful candidate will also have exposure to a number of other business interests and entities, providing an interesting and diverse workload that extends well beyond a traditional Office Manager role.
  
A salary of circa $100,000 plus superannuation is on offer and is negotiable depending on experience.
  
ABOUT THE ROLE
  
This is a full-time, office-based role located in Sunshine.
  
Responsibilities will include:
  • Managing the day-to-day administration and operation of the office
  • Providing executive support to the Directors
  • Coordinating staff onboarding, inductions and employment documentation
  • Assisting with fleet, telecommunications and IT coordination
  • Maintaining company records, licences and compliance documentation
  • Supporting OH&S administration and reporting requirements
  • Coordinating travel, meetings and schedules
  • Liaising with suppliers, contractors and external service providers
  • Providing general administrative support across the business
  
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  
To be considered for this position, you must have:  
  • Previous experience in an Office Manager position
  • Exceptional computer and IT skills
  • Previous experience using Simpro  
Candidates with experience within trades, construction, engineering, building services or property-related industries will be highly regarded.
