Salary:               $75,000 - $81,000 + superannuation

Eva Tilley is an independent, not-for-profit residential aged care provider with a reputation for providing exceptional aged care for over 60 years. As one of the few remaining stand-alone homes in Victoria, our care is uniquely personal with deep roots in our neighbourhood.

About the role

Reporting to the Business Manager, you will be responsible for oversees administrative operations, roster and payroll management, resident billing and financial compliance to ensure smooth, high-quality care delivery.

Minimum Qualifications

Post graduate degree level qualification in Management/Business Administration

Skill Requirements

·         Assist with people administration and human resource related matters to ensure effective day to day operations

·         Monitor roster and timesheets to ensure accuracy and compliance with the Enterprise Agreement

·         Record Management of financial and payroll data

·         Liaise directly with residents/representatives regarding fees and charges

·         Support essential administrative tasks including reception, admissions, documentation and record management

·         Supports people and compliance process as delegated by the Business Manager and CEO

 

Experience Requirements

ü  Experience in a reception, front-of-house, or customer service role

ü  The ability to work independently and as part of a team

ü  A warm, friendly, and professional manner with excellent communication skills

ü  Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail

ü  Advanced computer systems including MS Office

ü  Previous experience supporting budgeting and expenditure processes

ü  Experience in residential aged care administration including My Aged Care, Services Australia and Medicare
