Job Description

Summary The prime purpose of this position is to manage the office and book keeping on a full-time basis. 8-4:30 in office

Skills required for this job position are: Strong experience in using MS Office, Email & Internet Demonstrate high level of written and verbal communication

Good problem-solving skills Attention to detail Ability to multitask and meet dead lines

Task & responsibilities Ensure adequate resources are available i.e., raw materials, staff amenities, labour and tools Liaising with Manager, contractors and employees for smooth business operations

Record general journal adjustments entries Prepare end of period financial reports Develop work plans

Facilitate work teams and build a positive culture within their work teams Provide on-the-job coaching when necessary to improve staff performance Update staff on meeting key performance indicators for production

Organize and follow up promotion of products and services for local supply Extract feedback from sales orders Maintain effective relationship with contractors & other stakeholders

Advise Manager on any foreseeable risks like legal, from people, suppliers or any emergencies etc. Calculate and pay salaries, wages & super annuation for the workers Keep records: accounts, pay, works undertaken and upcoming projects etc.

Qualification & experience Diploma level qualifications in Business Administration/Business/Management. One – two years of full-time experience in relevant field is required.

Knowledge on high-quality heating, cooling, and hot water solutions is preferable.
