About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to kick-start their career as a Administration Assistant/Receptionist with a highly regarded law firm. In this role, you’ll be the face of the firm at Reception and provide administrative support to a team of Solicitors and Paralegals whilst  benefiting from ongoing training, mentoring, and professional development in a supportive team environment.

Duties

Some of your duties will include, but not limited to; 
  • Reception and Administrative support
  • opening new files 
  • editing & amending legal documents
  • mail collection and distribution
  • monthly preparation of client bills
  • attending to photocopying, scanning and sorting documents and correspondence for the team
  • answer overflow telephone calls for the team
  • liaison with clients and other parties
  • archiving and closing of files
  • other general administrative duties as required to assist the team  
Skills & experience
Ideally you will have:
  • 2 years+ Customer service experience 
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Completion of a Certificate in Legal Business Administration or similar qualification (highly regarded)
  • Friendly and flexible team attitude
  • Genuine willingness to learn and grow within the role
