Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)
Part-time or Full-time (flexible) | $65,000 – $70,000 + super
An opportunity has arisen for a proactive and organised Administration Assistant to join a well-established, privately owned business in the maritime sector in Williamstown.
This is a varied, all-rounder role supporting day-to-day operations in a small, close-knit team. You’ll work closely with leadership and play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly.
This position offers flexibility and is ideal for someone seeking school-friendly hours or a part-time arrangement.
Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral administration and office support
Reception duties, including phone and email enquiries
Data entry across internal systems and records
Supporting basic bookkeeping functions (including data entry)
Preparing and formatting documents and reports
Coordinating logistics such as bookings, catering and scheduling
Assisting with travel arrangements
Maintaining training and compliance records
Supporting communications and social media updates
Previous administration experience (2+ years preferred)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident using systems and picking up new tools quickly (they use Reckon for bookkeeping but training will be provided)
Ability to manage competing priorities
Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach
Proactive, reliable and willing to take initiative
