What You'll Do

As a Data Entry Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in our financial operations by:

  • Organising and preparing documents from various financial service providers

  • Identifying and extracting key data for tax preparation

  • Converting source data into formats compatible with our accounting software

  • Ensuring data accuracy and consistency through careful reconciliation

  • Assisting clients with queries regarding document requirements

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A tertiary degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or Actuarial Studies

  • Academic achievement with a GPA of at least 70%

  • Strong attention to detail and uncompromising accuracy

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously

  • A can-do attitude with the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

  • Experience in multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment (desirable)

  • Proficiency in Excel (advantageous)
