As a Data Entry Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in our financial operations by:
Organising and preparing documents from various financial service providers
Identifying and extracting key data for tax preparation
Converting source data into formats compatible with our accounting software
Ensuring data accuracy and consistency through careful reconciliation
Assisting clients with queries regarding document requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
A tertiary degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or Actuarial Studies
Academic achievement with a GPA of at least 70%
Strong attention to detail and uncompromising accuracy
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously
A can-do attitude with the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Experience in multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment (desirable)
Proficiency in Excel (advantageous)
