Opportunity for a Contracts Administrator to join our civil construction team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects within a supportive, professional environment.

About the Role

You will play a key role in the commercial and contractual management of projects from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing, reviewing and administering contracts and subcontracts

  • Managing procurement and letting packages

  • Progress claims, variations and cost tracking

  • Assisting with forecasting and financial reporting

  • Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers and clients

  • Supporting project delivery to ensure time and budget targets are achieved

About You
  • Previous experience as a Contracts Administrator (construction industry essential)

  • Strong knowledge of contracts and commercial processes

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • High attention to detail and strong organisational ability

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines

  • Commercially-minded and driven

  • Ability to build positive working relationships with site teams

  • Quantity take-offs, markups and variations on tender to IFC design changes

  • Estimating experience highly favourable

  • Systems improvement and rollout experience is highly favourable
