As an Administration Officer with our South East Metro Home and Community Services team, you will help ensure clients, families, staff and stakeholders receive a responsive, professional and welcoming experience.
In this varied and hands-on position, you will provide high-quality administrative support, act as a trusted first point of contact, and assist the Centre Manager with day-to-day operational needs. Your strong attention to detail, proactive approach and commitment to confidentiality will support smooth service delivery, effective team coordination and positive outcomes for the people we support.

What you bring:

  • Experience engaging with contractors and maintaining strong, professional working relationships.
  • Experience arranging and booking forum venues, including preparing PPE packs for forums.
  • Experience using Carelink+.
  • Experience using KwikTags.
  • Demonstrated experience providing high-quality administrative support.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to use tact and diplomacy in sensitive situations.
  • A proactive approach to work, with the ability to take initiative and follow tasks through.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain privacy, confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Desirable:

  • Relevant qualifications or experience in Human Services, Aged Care or a related sector.
  • Experience with staff rostering in a busy, service-focused environment.
