Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Administration Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organisational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organise documents in Google Docs and Excel
Utilise Outlook for scheduling and communications
Answer phone inquiries with a professional demeanour
Provide excellent customer service to clients
Learn and adapt to new systems and processes
Perform administrative tasks autonomously and follow given instructions
Qualifications:
Proficient in Google Docs, Excel, and Outlook
Demonstrate intermediate-level proficiency in Google Docs, Excel, and Outlook
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes
Previous administrative experience required
Minimum of 1-2 years of previous administrative experience is required
Must possess Australian work rights
Driver's licence and car required - we are not near public transport
