S-kin Studio Jewelry is a jewellery brand based in Hawthorn, Victoria. Established in 2018, we set out with a mission to provide minimal jewelry with unique, vintage-inspired designs that encourage slow living.

With exciting projects coming up, we are on the hunt for highly skilled & passionate Retail Assistants who loves all things customer service & retail.

About the role – what you will be doing

• Work in our flagship retail store in Melbourne and provide customers with an outstanding and memorable customer experience

• Assist with our daily order processing. This includes pick & packing orders and assisting in making jewellery (don't worry, we'll teach you everything there is to know!)

• Assist in various retail back of house tasks such as stocktake, pricing, jewellery making, merchandising, etc.

• Assist in planning and executing in-store events and launches

• Be involved to create any team-oriented content to promote various launches such as daily Instagram stories and Tiktok

About you:

• Strong working experience in luxury or fashion retail. You love to make each of your customers feel special and will go above and beyond to give them a wonderful customer experience.

• A can-do attitude that always lights up the mood - we're all about hiring to fit our amazing team culture!

• Excellent work ethic with strong organisational skills under high pressure 

• Ability to set your own goals and have exceptional attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• High degree of time flexibility

• Availability on weekends a must

• Availability in June & November/December a must

• Ability to travel interstate for pop ups on weekends
