Western Private Hospital is seeking a commercially astute Finance Manager to lead our finance function and help shape the company’s growth.
In this senior role, you’ll have a dual reporting line to the Chief Executive Officer/Director of Nursing and the Business Services Manager to ensure strategic clinical operations and operational financial management.
You will oversee financial operations, and provide strategic insights that support sustainable business improvement. From compliance and reporting to cashflow management, you’ll safeguard the organisation’s financial health while contributing to key decision making.

Western Private Hospital, located in Footscray, is a 62-bed private acute hospital and is the longest serving private hospital in Melbourne’s west providing much needed services to the people in the expanding North West and Western regions of Melbourne and surrounding areas.
We provide a broad mix of specialties including orthopaedics, vascular, plastics, urology, gynaecology, colorectal, diagnostic and interventional cardiology, oncology and general surgery for both medical and surgical patients.
