About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager – VIC to join our team at National Tyre & Wheel Pty Ltd (NTAW). Based in Dandenong South, Melbourne, this full-time, permanent position plays a key role in managing and expanding our customer base across the Victorian region. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for strengthening customer relationships, driving sales performance, and representing NTAW with professionalism and passion.

What you'll be doing
Developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key customers across a defined VIC territory
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to support state-wide sales growth
Coordinating the delivery of NTAW products and services to ensure exceptional customer experiences
Providing regular reporting, updates, and insights on account performance
Collaborating with internal teams-including operations, customer service, and sales-to resolve issues and maximise customer satisfaction
Contributing to strategic sales planning and broader business development initiatives
Travelling throughout VIC as required to support customer visits and account management
Representing NTAW professionally while using a Tool of Trade vehicle provided as part of the role
What we're looking for
Proven experience in account management, ideally within the automotive, tyre, wheel, or related sales environment
Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to engage customers at all levels
Confident negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Demonstrated capacity to work autonomously while contributing effectively within a team
Proficiency in CRM platforms and data-driven account management
A valid vehicle licence (mandatory)
A self-motivated individual passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and driving business growth
