Reporting to the Town Planning & Permits Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation and follow up of permit documentation for the building process
  • Assist with land compliance assessments
  • Evaluate land contracts & regulatory information
  • Liaising with Developers, Councils, and Building Surveys and internal departments
  • Manage Soils, Surveys and PSI information; and
  • Generating reports based on findings and making all necessary recommendations.

The successful candidate will have:
  • Experience in pre-site administration, permits or drafting within residential
  • Completed studies in Cert IV Building & Construction or higher would be an advantage
  • An understanding of the residential home building and construction process
  • Exceptional customer service with the ability to manage customer expectations
  • Ability to manage high volume of work while maintaining high attention to detail; and
  • Outstanding organisational and time management capabilities.
