Job Title: HR Business Partner - Melbourne Location: Clayton, VIC Transformation is happening, and this HR Business Partner role is at the heart of it!

You will partner with business leaders to drive HR strategy, lead talent initiatives, and manage employee relations, playing a key role in shaping a high performance workforce. This position is with a leading Australian business with operations across Australia and New Zealand, offering the opportunity to influence culture, people strategy, and strategic outcomes.

Your role: Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies. Lead HR programs and initiatives, including performance management, engagement, workforce planning, and change projects.

Provide expert guidance on complex HR and employee relations matters. Analyse HR metrics to recommend solutions. Support talent management, including recruitment, promotions, and transfers.

Contribute to strategic HR projects and initiatives. Mentor and support HR team members, building capability and confidence. About

You: HR Business Partner experience in fast paced organisations Deep knowledge of Australian employment law and compliance

Experienced in complex employee relations and HRIS systems Why This Role:
