About the role

Pizza Hut is seeking a talented and experienced Retail Manager to oversee the day-today operations of our store in Footscray, VIC. As a full-time position, you will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a team of passionate retail associates. What you'll be doing

1. Manage and coordinate all store activities, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and cash handling

2. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive shopping experience

3. Analyze sales data and develop strategies to boost revenue and profitability

4. Train, develop and motivate the retail team to deliver outstanding performance

5. Ensure the store maintains high standards of visual merchandising and presentation

6. Implement and monitor store policies and procedures to maintain compliance

7. Collaborate with the head office team on strategic initiatives and new projects

What we're looking for

1. Proven track record of success in a retail management role, preferably within the consumer products industry

2. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

3. Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities

4. Proficient in data analysis and reporting to drive business decisions

5. Creative flair for visual merchandising and store presentation

6. Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of retail operations

7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
