About the Role

Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, you will play a key role in driving operational, digital and regulatory transformation across Homestyle's residential care services. The role partners with executive leadership, clinical teams, operations, finance and ICT to translate strategic objectives into structured initiatives, ensuring compliance, efficiency and improved resident outcomes.  

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday hybrid position based at our Support Office in Bentleigh, with occasional travel to our residential aged care homes as required.

Essential Requirements 

  • 3+ years Business Analysis experience (ideally within aged care, health or community services). 
  • Driver's license and car
  • Current and valid police check
  • Vaccination certificate
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills 
  • Strong documentation and analytical capability 
  • Proven experience in digital transformation programs 
  • Experience with AN-ACC funding model and understanding of Australian aged care regulatory environment
  • Demonstrate compassion and empathy towards residents, families and staff
