About the Role

As part of our continued growth and commitment to service excellence, we’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our Victorian team.

Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll lead a business unit with full team and P&L responsibility. You’ll be the primary point of contact for your customer base, driving operational excellence, relationship management, and revenue optimisation across your designated contract.

You’ll be supported by a team of skilled technicians and a national network of peers, with access to ongoing development and leadership support.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in high-volume service operations, with a focus on asset and data management

• Strong P&L accountability and commercial acumen

• Exceptional relationship-building skills with both clients and internal teams

• Deep technical knowledge of HVAC systems

• Ability to lead and inspire a team of 10+ technicians and field staff

• High energy, adaptability, and a solutions-focused mindset

• Process-driven approach with a passion for continuous improvement

• Current Driver’s Licence
