The Opportunity:

As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our retail store, Bill's Orchard Gate, as a Retail Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a large-scale horticultural operation while building your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About the role:

This casual position is covered by the Retail Industry Award and offers varying hours of work per week, depended on schedules and business operations.

As a Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service within Bill's Orchard gate to maximise sales and return customer visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers, providing exceptional customer service to all customers

• Serving and assisting customers and in an efficient and professional manner

• Register operation/End of day balance of registers/POS system

• Ensure product is fresh and re-stocked regularly

• Barista Duties including preparation of hot and cold drinks

• Maintaining store presentation and cleanliness

About You:

• Demonstrate reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic

• Show initiative, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn

Highly Regarded:

• Sales/Retail Experience

• Barista Experience

• Experience working with POS systems

Hours of Work:

Successful applicants will need to have flexibility to work across a variety of shift times as listed below:

Monday – Thursday 8:15am – 5:00pm
Friday – Sunday 8:15am – 5:30pm
