About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Planning and Reporting Analyst to join a dynamic and experienced team. This role will suit an individual with a broad range of reporting, data analytical and commercial finance capabilities, complemented by strong accounting and compliance experience.
We are looking for a passionate, dynamic and driven Analyst to join the team who will be reporting to the Finance Head, ANZ but working as finance business partner. The role will broadly support the Finance Head, ANZ and provide company-wide commercial reporting and analytics support. This role will work cross-functionally across all parts of the business, using various analytical tools to assist in the collection, preparation, presentation and interpretation of data, information and metrics. The role will also be responsible in supporting the budgeting and estimate/forecasting process and providing different types of analysis and reporting for the ANZ and Global leadership team. Critically important in this role is the ability not only to provide financial insight, but to interpret metrics/data, turn data into information, story tell and provide valuable insights and recommendations to the business to support commercial decision making.
To be considered for this exciting role, you will possess the following:
Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or Business Analytics
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, with a business partnering focus
Strong work ethic and attention to detail with first class numerical and analytical skills
Ability to manage own time and evaluate priorities, including balancing short and long-term deliverables
Strong Excel skills and data analysis experience using various applications
Can-do-will-do attitude with a desire to learn and drive insight with an inquisitive mindset
Strong presentation/communication skills, Proactive nature and work autonomously
