You will be responsible for delivering business growth through both direct market and community-based programs. You will lean on connections and knowledge of the industry and stay up to date on NDIS funding models, policies, and regulations. You will engage with new and existing stakeholders for business growth.

This is a Victoria state-wide growth role. You will build and sustain referral relationships, progress participant opportunities through enquiry and intake, and work closely with our Operations teams to create homes that are actually right for the people who live in them.

It is commercially accountable and deeply relational. You will have targets. You will also be the person that referrers call when they have a complex participant who needs a provider they can count on.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain relationships with Support Coordinators, LACs, hospital discharge teams, allied health professionals, and community networks

  • Identify, qualify, and progress participant opportunities through intake and into the right home

  • Work alongside Operations to align on suitability, matching, and transition readiness

  • Develop local referral pathways and maintain a visible regional presence

  • Represent us at expos, forums, and sector events

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to pipeline and growth reporting

Skills & Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management within the NDIS industry

• Proven ability to work flexibly in response to operational demands, including participation in on-call rosters and adjustment to business priorities as required.

• Existing networks within the disability or healthcare sectors

• Strong knowledge of the NDIS

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Highly motivated, results-driven, and target-oriented

• Ability to engage multiple stakeholders (care managers, nurses, case workers, etc.)

• Resilient and tenacious with a passion for helping people access quality care
