About the Role:

We’re looking for a Business Analyst for Data & Reporting to join our Urban Lighting team on a 6 month fixed-term contract, with strong potential to transition into a permanent ongoing role.

This role plays a key part in supporting project delivery by turning data into clear, practical insights that help teams make better decisions. You’ll be working across operational and financial data, helping improve reporting, system processes, and overall data accuracy across the business.

You’ll work closely with project teams, site teams, finance, and clients to ensure the right information is available at the right time.

Location & Work Arrangement:

• Based in Epping

• Full time requirement to be on site

Your Role & Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain data flows between client systems and internal platforms

• Review and streamline incoming data processes to improve accuracy and efficiency

• Reconcile data across multiple systems and resolve inconsistencies or errors

• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards across faults, maintenance, projects and operations

• Produce weekly and monthly reports to track performance and identify risks or trends

• Support month-end operational and financial reporting

• Analyse data to identify gaps, risks and improvement opportunities

• Present insights in a clear, practical way for non-technical stakeholders

• Support improvements to internal systems, reporting tools and processes

• Help reduce manual data handling and improve overall reporting discipline

• Work with stakeholders across operations, finance, HSEQ and project teams

What you will need

• Experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence or similar roles

• Strong Excel skills (including pivot tables, formulas and data manipulation)

• Experience building dashboards and performance reports

• Ability to work with data from multiple systems and investigate discrepancies

• High attention to detail and a strong focus on data accuracy

• Strong time management skills and ability to meet reporting deadlines

• Confidence communicating insights to non-technical stakeholders
