Business Analyst - initial 2 month contract

We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to support a range of business and technology initiatives within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

This role will focus on business case development, stakeholder engagement, business process analysis, and requirements management, working closely with both business and technical teams to support successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities include:
• Supporting business initiatives and business case development
• Facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
• Conducting AS-IS and TO-BE process mapping
• Gathering and documenting functional and non-functional requirements
• Supporting project delivery, reporting, and governance activities
• Ensuring alignment with organisational strategy and project frameworks

Key skills and experience:
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst across business and technology projects
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with process modelling and process improvement methodologies
• Strong requirements elicitation and documentation experience
• Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams in hybrid delivery environments
• Experience within local or state government environments highly regarded

This is an initial short-term contract opportunity with likely extensions and hybrid working arrangements.

Approx. $700 per day inc Super.
