With three high-performing studios and more on the horizon, we’re looking for a Business Growth Manager to lead the next phase of expansion across Caroline Springs, Maribyrnong, and Sunbury.

The Role

The STRONG Business Growth Manager is a dynamic, commercially driven role responsible for overseeing performance, sales, and operational excellence across multiple studio locations (Caroline Springs, Maribyrnong & Sunbury).

You are accountable for driving sustainable revenue growth, maximising member retention, and strengthening brand advocacy, while ensuring each studio consistently delivers a premium experience at every touchpoint.

This role plays a critical part in achieving this by leading strategic sales execution, optimising lead conversion, and building strong community engagement that fuels long-term growth.

This is not just a sales role. It’s about building a loyal, high-value member base, creating energy within the studios, and ensuring every class reflects a high-performing, results-driven environment.

You will:

• Drive consistent revenue growth across all locations through strategic sales execution

• Own the end-to-end client journey—from lead generation to long-term retention

• Analyse performance data and implement strategies to optimise occupancy, yield, and conversion

• Lead, coach, and develop studio teams to deliver high performance and accountability

• Strengthen community engagement and local partnerships to build brand presence

• Ensure operational excellence and consistency across all studios

What We’re Looking For

Essential Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in sales, business development or multi-site operations

Desirable Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor of Business, Marketing, Sports Management or Health & Fitness Management

• Sales training certifications

• Marketing or Digital Marketing Qualification

• Cert III/IV Fitness, Pilates qualification or Dance qualification

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
• Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement).
• Valid Australian Driver License and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to travel between Caroline Springs, Maribyrnong and Sunbury locations.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends to support studio events, activations, and business requirements.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in sales, business development, operations management, or studio management.
• Demonstrated success achieving revenue growth, membership growth, retention, and KPI targets.
• Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing teams to drive accountability, performance, and exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong sales experience, including lead generation, high-volume follow-up, conversion optimisation, and customer relationship management.
• Experience using CRM and business management systems to manage lead pipelines, sales activity, reporting, and member retention.
• Ability to analyse business performance data and implement strategies to improve conversion, occupancy, retention, and profitability.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work autonomously, and make commercially sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE:

• Experience within the fitness, wellness, health, hospitality, franchising, or service-based industries.
• Experience managing multiple locations, departments, or high-performing teams.
• Experience and confidence using business systems (e.g. Hapana Core, Grow, Digital Stack, Instagram/Facebook, BrightHR, BrightSafe, Discord, Microsoft suites)
• Experience managing budgets, labour costs, and business performance reporting.
• Experience developing and executing local area marketing campaigns, events, and community engagement initiatives.
• Experience implementing operational systems, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives;
• Fitness industry qualifications, Pilates qualifications, or an understanding of the boutique fitness market.
• Experience supporting studio openings, business expansion, or growth-focused projects.

• Time management/organisation: accomplish objectives effectively within time frame given, and carry out administrative duties within portfolio in an efficient and timely manner.
