You will be responsible for the strategy and P&L of National specialty accounts across major venues and events, catering, QSR and distributors. Within these accounts you will develop and execute best in class Customer Joint Business Plans to deliver profitable and sustainable growth for both Peters and your customers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Lead National Account relationships, including contracts, JBPs, trading terms, trade spend and promotional strategy;
own customer financial performance, managing KPIs, forecasting and P&L outcomes;
drive range strategy through range reviews, planogram management and customer activations;
lead promotional planning and sales forecasting for your accounts in partnership with Demand Planning; and
About You:
To be shortlisted for this position, you will be able to demonstrate:
1-2 years FMCG sales and/or national/key account management experience;
strong communication and presentation skills;
proven influencing, relationship-building and negotiation skills;
strong commercial acumen; and
high levels of drive, energy and self-motivation.
