About the Role:
Reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner, and playing a critical role to our success, your responsibilities will include:
Own and elevate end-to-end talent acquisition across engineering and corporate teams—shaping exceptional candidate experiences and securing top-tier talent in a competitive market.
Contribute to building a high-performance culture by evolving Synertec’s Learning & Development and Performance frameworks—ensuring our people can grow, thrive, and do their best work.
Act as a trusted HR partner to the business, delivering practical, commercially sound advice and coaching to leaders and teams across Synertec.
Champion culture and employee experience initiatives, identifying opportunities to strengthen engagement, collaboration, and ways of working across the organisation.
Collaborate with Corporate Operations teams to drive aligned, people-focused outcomes that support operational excellence and business success.
