About the Role:

Reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner, and playing a critical role to our success, your responsibilities will include:

  • Own and elevate end-to-end talent acquisition across engineering and corporate teams—shaping exceptional candidate experiences and securing top-tier talent in a competitive market.

  • Contribute to building a high-performance culture by evolving Synertec’s Learning & Development and Performance frameworks—ensuring our people can grow, thrive, and do their best work.

  • Act as a trusted HR partner to the business, delivering practical, commercially sound advice and coaching to leaders and teams across Synertec.

  • Champion culture and employee experience initiatives, identifying opportunities to strengthen engagement, collaboration, and ways of working across the organisation.

  • Collaborate with Corporate Operations teams to drive aligned, people-focused outcomes that support operational excellence and business success.


About You:

Above all, we would love like-minded and enthusiastic collaborators for whom whilst work is a job, it’s also a path to growth and professional development! For this role, we will be looking for:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, business or commerce highly desirable.
  • Proven work experience in a broad HR position or similar role, ideally with exposure recruiting in engineering or highly fields.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Knowledge of HR frameworks and legislation related to professional services environments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-driven and highly autonomous in their approach
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Suite, exposure to Power BI and Dashboarding highly desirable.
