Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our high-performing dealership team.

This opportunity is ideal for:

  • An experienced Automotive F&I Manager looking for their next challenge.

  • A successful New or Used Vehicle Sales Consultant ready to take the next step in their automotive career.

  • A driven professional who enjoys helping customers find the right finance and protection solutions while delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role

As our F&I Manager, you will play a key role in the customer purchasing journey by assisting customers with vehicle finance, insurance and protection products while ensuring a seamless delivery experience.

You will work closely with our sales team, finance providers and customers to achieve outstanding outcomes for all parties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Present and arrange vehicle finance solutions.

  • Promote and sell insurance and aftermarket products.

  • Build strong relationships with customers and lending partners.

  • Ensure all compliance and regulatory requirements are met.

  • Prepare and process finance applications and documentation.

  • Maximise finance and insurance opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach.

  • Support the sales team in achieving dealership targets.

What We're Looking For
Essential:
  • Experience in automotive sales, finance or customer-facing sales roles.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Professional presentation and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

  • A current driver's licence.

Highly Regarded:
  • Previous Automotive F&I experience.

  • Experience selling new or used vehicles.

  • Knowledge of automotive finance products and lender systems.

  • Understanding of dealership compliance requirements.
