The Opportunity
Reporting into the Finance Director, this Finance Business Partner role will sit at the centre of the commercial finance function, supporting a broad range of operational and commercial stakeholders across the business.

The business is specifically looking for someone with strong retail experience who enjoys fast-moving environments and can confidently influence stakeholders outside of finance.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver commercial insights and analysis to support strategic decision making
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting processes
• Partner closely with operational and commercial leaders across the business
• Support financial performance across retail, B2B and eCommerce channels
• Identify risks, opportunities and performance improvement initiatives
• Contribute to strategic and growth-focused projects
• Mentor and support a Finance Analyst within the team

About You
• Proven Finance Business Partnering or commercial finance experience
• Strong retail experience is essential
• Exposure across multi-brand or consumer environments preferred
• Ability to translate financial data into meaningful commercial insights
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability
• CA or CPA qualified with strong analytical capability
