We are seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join our team, this team supports the Property Management department.
Reporting directly to our Finance Department Manager, you'll be part of a dynamic environment where you'll learn on the job and grow your admin skills into financial expertise.
Responsibilities will include;
- Undertake preparation of daily banking (and posting)
- Processing of New Leases
- Setting up of New Managements
- RTBA bond lodgment payments
- Supporting with trust accounting when manager is on leave
- Liaise with and assist other staff members in the Finance team as required to ensure all work is completed accurately and within given timeframes.
- Undertake other duties as required ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and within a timely manner with a professional and ethical approach
To be successful you will have; - Proven experience in finance administration, ideally some experience in trust accounting.
- Quick learner with ability to grasp new computer programs
- Proven high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrated excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must be proactive, self starter and strong time management skills
