About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Financial Adviser to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients to understand their goals and deliver strategic, compliant financial advice across wealth creation, superannuation, retirement, and risk management.

You’ll be supported by an experienced paraplanning and admin team, allowing you to focus on what you do best—building relationships and providing quality advice.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, tailored financial advice to clients

• Conduct client meetings (initial, review & implementation)

• Develop and present strategies across:

  • Superannuation & retirement planning

  • Investments

  • Personal risk insurance

  • Estate planning considerations

• Review and approve Statements of Advice (SoAs)

• Oversee implementation of advice strategies

• Maintain strong, long-term client relationships

• Ensure all advice meets Best Interest Duty and ASIC requirements

• Maintain compliant and up-to-date client records

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years’ experience as a Financial Adviser (preferred)

• RG146 compliant

• Strong knowledge of financial planning strategies

• Experience preparing and presenting SoAs

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• High attention to detail and compliance mindset

• Proactive, client-first approach
