We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join our Sales team.

About the Role

We’re looking for a commercially sharp Account Manager to own and grow key customer relationships at Arlec. In this role, you’ll:

  • Build and manage strong relationships with buyers and decision-makers

  • Develop sales budgets, prepare business review submissions and coordinate rollout of new product ranges

  • Collaborate with internal teams to introduce product ranges aligned with customer needs

  • Guide and support sales personnel to achieve targets

  • Drive market intelligence and competitor insights

  • Achieve budgeted sales, margin, and account growth targets

About You

You're a driven, customer-focused professional who thrives on building strong commercial relationships and delivering tangible results. You have a genuine passion for sales, a sharp eye for detail and the confidence to manage high-value negotiations with major retail partners.

You’re a relationship builder and results driver with:

  • Proven experience managing national retail or major customer accounts

  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills

  • A detail-oriented, analytical mindset

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities

  • Proficiency in spreadsheets and sales planning (Experience in Excel advantageous)

  • A team-first attitude and high personal accountability

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or a related field advantageous
