ProInvest and its affiliated companies are seeking an experienced and ambitious Mortgage Broker to lead the finance division within one of Victoria’s largest residential real estate groups. This is not a typical broking role.
We are looking for a commercially minded broker who wants to become a key part of a growing business, build strong relationships within a high-performing real estate environment, and create long-term value through leadership and equity participation.
Working directly from one of Melbourne’s largest residential real estate offices, you will have access to a consistent flow of opportunities generated through our established sales and property management network. Your success will be driven by your ability to build trusted relationships with agents, property managers and clients while delivering exceptional service and fast lending outcomes.

• Base salary of $120,000 plus Superannuation

ABOUT YOU
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Mortgage Broker or Banker
• Strong knowledge of residential lending and lender policies
• Proven ability to build and maintain referral relationships
• Exceptional communication and client relationship skills
• Highly responsive and capable of delivering fast outcomes
• Strong track record of converting opportunities into settled loans
• Commercially minded with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Self-motivated, organised and driven to succeed
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer outcomes

THE ROLE
As the face of the finance division, you will work closely with sales agents, property managers and clients to identify lending opportunities and deliver tailored finance solutions.
Success in this role will depend on your ability to become a trusted finance partner within the business, develop strong internal and external referral relationships, and consistently deliver outstanding service and results.
Key responsibilities include:
• Assisting clients with residential lending and refinancing solutions
• Building strong relationships with sales agents and property managers
• Managing client relationships from enquiry through to settlement
• Identifying and maximising referral opportunities
• Delivering fast, professional and proactive communication
• Contributing to the strategic growth of the finance division
• Helping establish the business as a market-leading finance operation in Melbourne’s western suburbs
