The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Account Manager (B2B) to join our high-performing Partnerships team. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about helping clients grow, while also keeping an eye on the numbers, retention, debt management, and long-term portfolio growth.

You’ll manage a portfolio of wedding businesses, acting as their trusted advisor. You’ll provide commercial insights, help them understand their performance, and guide them to make smart decisions that deliver genuine ROI through the Easy Weddings platform.

This is a relationship-led role, balancing strategic conversations with hands-on support and accountability.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage and retain a portfolio of wedding venues and suppliers, nurturing long-term, trusted partnerships.

  • Act as a business advisor, helping clients maximise ROI through insights, data-led recommendations, and performance reviews.

  • Lead strategic conversations around results, value, and marketing impact helping business owners make informed, commercial decisions.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to grow client portfolios through upgrades, renewals, and retention strategies.

  • Conduct debt and renewal calls as part of responsible portfolio management, maintaining positive and professional client relationships.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour to keep your clients ahead of the game.

About You

  • Proven B2B Account Management or Client Success experience (media, advertising, events, or SaaS preferred).

  • Excellent commercial acumen with confidence in discussing ROI, budgets, and business performance.

  • Skilled at building rapport, driving retention, and managing renewal or debt conversations with professionalism and empathy.

  • Highly organised, proactive, and outcome-focused, you know how to balance care with accountability.

  • Experience working with venues, event suppliers, or hospitality businesses is a big plus.
