EcoShine Commercial Cleaning Services is a rapidly growing, ISO 9001-accredited commercial cleaning company seeking an experienced and motivated Full-Time Account Manager / Sales to join our team.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing existing client accounts, generating new business opportunities, maintaining compliance systems, and supporting operational excellence across our client sites.

Applicants must be Australian citizens or permanent residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular client site visits, inspections, and quality audits.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

  • Address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Identify and secure new commercial cleaning opportunities.

  • Experience specifically in the commercial cleaning industry is preferred but not essential.

  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and service agreements.

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of cleaning tenders.

  • Manage and maintain ISO compliance documentation and quality management records.

  • Ensure company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements are adhered to across all sites.

  • Attend client sites with new employees on their first day to provide induction, supervision, and training.

  • Monitor cleaning standards and ensure services are delivered in accordance with company expectations and client requirements.

  • Work closely with operations management to ensure service excellence.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inspections, and sales activities.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Previous experience in account management, sales, business development, operations management, or a similar role.

  • Able to exceed KPI's.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.

  • The ability to train, mentor, and support staff in the field.

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and compliance.

  • Assisting in the preparation and submission of cleaning tenders would be highly regarded.

  • Experience with ISO systems, quality management, or compliance documentation would be highly regarded.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.

  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • A current Australian driver's licence.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience within the commercial cleaning, facilities management, or service industry.

  • Knowledge of cleaning tender preparation and submission processes.

  • Understanding of government, education, industrial, and commercial cleaning contracts.

  • Experience conducting site inspections, quality audits, and client meetings.
