Operating across a network of approximately 1,000 locations across Australia and internationally, we are focused on delivering strong commercial outcomes while continuing to invest in the systems and capabilities that support our growth.We are seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to join our Melbourne Support Office on a fixed-term contract of approximately four months. Reporting to the Head of Finance – Corporate, this role will play a key part in supporting the successful go-live and optimisation of our new ERP platform, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365).This is an opportunity to join the business at a pivotal point in our finance transformation journey. Working closely with the broader finance team, you will take ownership of key finance processes within the new system, help embed best-practice ways of working, and contribute to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the finance function. Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the optimisation of key finance processes within the newly deployed Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365 F&O) environment.Manage the month-end and periodic close accounting associated with these processes, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.Support the preparation of annual financial statements, including reconciliations and supporting schedules.Identify, investigate and resolve issues arising through system go-live and stabilisation.Partner with finance stakeholders and implementation partners to improve system performance and user experience.Drive process improvements, controls and efficiencies as the new platform becomes embedded within the business.Support broader finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives as directed by the Head of Finance – Corporate. About YouCA or CPA qualified.Strong technical accounting capability with hands-on month-end close, reconciliations and financial reporting experience.Experience preparing or supporting annual financial statements.A practical, self-directed approach with the ability to work comfortably in the detail.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate change in a fast-paced environment.Experience with finance systems implementation, optimisation or process improvement initiatives will be highly regarded.Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), or a similar ERP platform, is advantageous.Experience within a multi-site, retail, hospitality, QSR or FMCG environment is desirable.
