Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Organise and control the day-to-day operations of the store while upholding J. Junaid Jamshed's brand standards and service excellence.
• Determine the product mix, maintain optimal stock levels and ensure service standards reflect J.'s positioning as a premium eastern lifestyle brand across clothing, footwear, perfumes and accessories.
• Formulate and implement purchasing and marketing policies, set competitive pricing and actively promote seasonal collections spanning silk, chiffon, cotton, cambric and lawn fabrics.
• Ensure customers receive expert guidance on J.'s product range, including eastern wear inspired by Renaissance, Aztec, Fusion and Arabian aesthetics, creating an engaging in-store experience.
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels and financial transactions while undertaking budgeting and monitoring store performance against set targets.
• Oversee the selection, training and supervision of store staff, fostering a team culture aligned with J.'s brand values and customer service standards.
• Promote and advertise the establishment's goods and services to maximise brand visibility and drive revenue growth.
• Ensure full compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and all relevant retail industry requirements at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements
• AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Business, Retail Management.
• Minimum one year of full-time experience managing retail operations, preferably within the fashion, apparel or lifestyle brand sector.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire, guide and develop store teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong organisational and analytical abilities to effectively oversee inventory, budgets, sales performance and store operations.
• Demonstrated understanding of eastern fashion, lifestyle products or culturally driven retail is highly regarded.
• A genuine passion for modest fashion and the ability to represent Junaid Jamshed's brand values with professionalism and integrity.
