The OpportunityAs a Sales & Customer Support Specialist, you will support the Victorian & New South Wales sales teams and the National client base while building the technical and commercial capability required for progression.
Your role will involve:
• High-volume inbound calls and strategic outbound calls
• Providing exceptional customer service and building rapport
• Preparing and sending technical quotations
• Closing out enquiries and following through
• Solving client problems backed by an expert engineering team
• Supporting projects and product applications
• Working alongside senior sales professionals
This role is designed as a launchpad.
Who This Will SuitYou are:
