The Role

As a Customer Service Representative you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding service to customers and supporting our external sales team. Working as part of a strong and developing team, you will be responsible for order processing, customer enquiries and sales support.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast pace, thrives on accuracy, and takes pride in providing exceptional service.

Main Responsibilities are:

  • Recording and managing all incoming phone inquiries with precision and professionalism. 

  • Processing customer orders and inquiries promptly and accurately through our streamlined systems (CRM). 

  • Assisting the sales team with documentation for quotations, urgent orders, and other sales-related tasks. 

  • Actively contributing to sales growth by identifying opportunities and promoting additional products to customers.

  • Conducting proactive outbound calls to generate sales leads and foster customer relationships.

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring no call goes unanswered. 

  • Ensure pricing and discounts are in line with company policies while maximising profitability. 

  • Collaborate with other departments to address technical or commercial inquiries and provide exceptional support to our sales team.

About You

You will possess:

  • Exceptional customer focus and service skills. 

  • Highly developed sales, enquiry/order processing and administration skills. 

  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills. 

  • Advanced computer skills - Salesforce CRM an advantage.

  • Sound mechanical aptitude. 

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills. 

  • High attention to detail and results orientated.  

  • A positive attitude, friendly demeanor and a team player.
