The RoleAs a Customer Service Representative you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding service to customers and supporting our external sales team. Working as part of a strong and developing team, you will be responsible for order processing, customer enquiries and sales support.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast pace, thrives on accuracy, and takes pride in providing exceptional service.
Main Responsibilities are:
Recording and managing all incoming phone inquiries with precision and professionalism.
Processing customer orders and inquiries promptly and accurately through our streamlined systems (CRM).
Assisting the sales team with documentation for quotations, urgent orders, and other sales-related tasks.
Actively contributing to sales growth by identifying opportunities and promoting additional products to customers.
Conducting proactive outbound calls to generate sales leads and foster customer relationships.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring no call goes unanswered.
Ensure pricing and discounts are in line with company policies while maximising profitability.
Collaborate with other departments to address technical or commercial inquiries and provide exceptional support to our sales team.

Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
Advanced computer skills - Salesforce CRM an advantage.
Sound mechanical aptitude.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
