The Role
Reporting to the General Manager, your main role and duties will include but not limited to, are:
- Receipt of customer orders
- Order confirmation to customer
- Enter Orders into Production Spreadsheet
- Liaise with Production for finished stock to fulfil customer orders
- Build finished goods into Reckon
- Co-ordinate Freight
- Raise Delivery Dockets
- Invoice Processing
- Inventory Control
- Raise Purchase Orders
- Enter Supplier Invoices
- Enter Credits
- Allocate credits to invoices
- Enter payments for invoices
- Stock adjustments
You’re Profile
Having previous experience in the customer service environment in the manufacturing sector as well as possessing the following skills:
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent MS Office capabilities
- Knowledge of Reckon would be helpful
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent communication, numeracy and literacy skills
