The Role

Reporting to the General Manager, your main role and duties will include but not limited to, are:

  • Receipt of customer orders
  • Order confirmation to customer
  • Enter Orders into Production Spreadsheet
  • Liaise with Production for finished stock to fulfil customer orders
  • Build finished goods into Reckon
  • Co-ordinate Freight
  • Raise Delivery Dockets
  • Invoice Processing
  • Inventory Control
  • Raise Purchase Orders
  • Enter Supplier Invoices
  • Enter Credits
  • Allocate credits to invoices
  • Enter payments for invoices
  • Stock adjustments

You’re Profile

Having previous experience in the customer service environment in the manufacturing sector as well as possessing the following skills:

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent MS Office capabilities
  • Knowledge of Reckon would be helpful
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent communication, numeracy and literacy skills
