About the role

Join the passionate team at ARZ Foodservice as a Customer Service Representative. This full-time role in our Reservoir, VIC office will see you playing a key part in providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. In this customer-focused position, you'll be the vital link between our customers and the wider business, working to address inquiries, process orders, and provide guidance to ensure their experience exceeds expectations.

What you'll be doing

1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels in a timely and professional manner

2. Accurately processing customer orders and ensuring they are fulfilled efficiently

3. Providing product information and recommendations to help customers find the right solutions for their needs

4. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members and following up to ensure customer satisfaction

5. Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

6. Maintaining detailed records and documentation to support effective customer service delivery

What we're looking for

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers

2. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, ideally within the food service industry

3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve customer queries

4. Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) and order processing systems

5. A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

6. The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
