Are you a hands on Customer Service leader who thrives in a vibrant, fast paced environment?

We are seeking a confident and energised Customer Service Team Leader to oversee a small on site team and deliver an exceptional end to end experience for customers and Wellness Advocates. This is a highly visible role at the heart of the Customer Experience Centre, combining people leadership with operational excellence.

You will lead from the front, supporting daily workflow, guiding consultants, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects the brand’s values and service standards.

The Opportunity
As Customer Service Team Leader, you will:
  • Oversee daily workflow allocation to maintain service standards and efficiency

  • Act as the escalation point for customer enquiries

  • Lead, coach and support a small team of Customer Service Consultants

  • Drive a positive, vibrant and professional environment

  • Ensure seamless order management, returns and exchanges

  • Maintain the presentation and standards of the Customer Experience Centre

  • Coordinate and support on site meetings and Wellness Advocate led events

  • Support onboarding, training and capability development within the team

  • Monitor performance and recommend improvements

This is a hands on leadership role. You will be equally comfortable assisting customers, picking and packing orders when required, and supporting team members through busy trading periods.
About You
You are customer obsessed, calm under pressure and naturally organised. You enjoy leading from the front and building strong, trusted relationships.
You will bring:
  • 2 plus years Customer Service experience, ideally within retail or a customer facing environment

  • 2 plus years experience leading or supervising a small team

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • High attention to detail

  • Confidence managing escalations and problem solving in real time

  • Experience improving or implementing customer service procedures

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of databases

You are approachable, energised and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
Mandarin language skills are highly regarded but not essential.
